osthoff-senge GmbH & Co. KG is part of a global economy and is committed to its responsibility as a global company. In addition to our other corporate goals, we have set ourselves the following corporate philosophy.

osthoff-senge is aware of the impact of its business activities on the environment and society and endeavours to balance economic, ecological and social interests.
Our corporate philosophy provides guidance in our dealings with employees, suppliers and customers. It supports our employees in taking into account ethnic and legal behavior. In addition to internal regulations, national and international laws are observed and recognized.
osthoff-senge bases its actions on generally accepted ethical values such as integrity, credibility and respect for human dignity.
The rules of this Code are binding and apply to all employees and the management of our company.

We respect and accept internationally recognized human rights as well as the prohibition of child labor and forced labor in any form.
osthoff-senge does not tolerate any form of discrimination against employees in the company or against third parties.
Equal opportunities and equal treatment of all employees are promoted.
Laws and labor standards regarding pay and working hours are strictly observed and employees’ freedom of association is recognized.

All laws and labor standards regarding wages and working hours are observed. We treat our employees with respect and reject any form of unlawful punishment, abuse, harassment, intimidation or other unworthy treatment.
The applicable labor law is applied to employment relationships.
The working conditions (rights, duties, working hours, etc.) are explained to employees in a comprehensible manner. Our employees have the right to terminate the employment relationship subject to the applicable notice period.

Occupational health and safety are guaranteed by national laws and regulations.
Risk assessments, fire protection measures, first aid instructions, equipment inspections and professional protective clothing minimize the risk of injury to our employees.

Environmental and climate protection are important corporate goals for us!
Laws and international standards for climate and environmental protection are applied,
in particular
– the professional, responsible handling of hazardous substances and their disposal.

– the minimization of emissions.

osthoff-senge is committed to the goal of a climate-neutral future and is already relying on renewable energies throughout the entire manufacturing process.

We also stand for fair competition and are therefore against agreements that run counter to this.
We reject all forms of bribery and corruption and avoid even the appearance of trying to exert influence by granting or accepting unfair advantages.
Company management and employees must behave in such a way that no dependencies or obligations arise.
Business meals or events that are appropriate may be accepted or given. This also applies to gifts.

osthoff-senge respects the personal rights of its employees and business partners and complies with the applicable legal and official regulations on the processing of personal data and information security when handling personal information
osthoff-senge protects business secrets and other confidential information of business partners and customers from unauthorized acquisition, use and disclosure, within the framework of the statutory provisions for the protection of business secrets. We respect the intellectual property of business partners, customers and third parties and ensure the protection of intellectual property when exchanging knowledge and technology.

Our corporate philosophy (Code of Conduct) is communicated and made public to employees, customers and other business partners.
Compliance with the code is monitored by means of suitable controls. Any employee can report violations to the Managing Director, who will treat them as strictly confidential.
Violations may result in consequences under labor, criminal and/or liability law.
